During my freshman year of college I discovered the supplement cod liver oil. I wasn't a big fan of taking supplements some years ago because I hate swallowing pills and most dietary supplements are not only huge, but they stink and don't taste very well either. Cod liver oil can be taken in the form of a liquid or a capsule. I most definitely recommend the capsule form to avoid that horrible fishy taste but you would probably see faster, visible results if you take the liquid form.
